1techseo, operated by Aladin Digitech, provides professional digital services including brand identity design, AI video production, and digital marketing strategy.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel an order before our team has begun work on the project, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested by emailing order@1techseo.com.
• After Project Commencement: Once work has officially commenced (e.g., discovery phases, initial sketches, or scriptwriting have been delivered), cancellations are subject to a pro-rated fee based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, digital nature of our services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

• Design & Video Production: If you are unsatisfied with the initial drafts or concepts, you may request a refund before final files are rendered and delivered. Once final digital files (graphics, videos, or assets) are approved and delivered, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Strategy and consulting fees are non-refundable once the strategy documents or monthly execution plans have been delivered.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay, and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
