Setup: open this exact page on all 40 devices in Chrome. Set Chrome popups to "Allowed" in Settings → Site Settings → Pop-ups. Then come back here on any one device, paste your link, pick a mode, and press transmit.
YouTube App mode: Opens the video directly in the YouTube app. Works best on Android. Make sure "Open supported links" is enabled for YouTube in Android Settings → Apps → YouTube → Set as default.
In-Page mode: Plays the video right here in the browser — no app needed, works on any device.
Auto-reset: if a device sits idle on the same content for 2 hours with no new command, it automatically returns to standby by itself.
